KKF Terms & Conditions — Member Rights and Responsibilities in Detail

KKF (kkf-jit.com) is an online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions serve as a binding agreement between KKF and its members. KKF reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if these terms are not followed.

• KKF is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration and gaming by anyone under 18 is completely prohibited.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.
• At KKF, accounts must be operated only in your own name. Opening an account on behalf of someone else or using another person's information is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical advantages or take advantage of system vulnerabilities will result in account closure.

To open an account with KKF, you need an active mobile number and a password. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.

Account security is entirely the member's own responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact KKF Support immediately. KKF will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone or by message.

• You must provide your real name and mobile number at the time of registration.
• Valid NID or birth registration details must be provided during identity verification.

• Only one account can be registered per mobile number.

KKF accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳50, and the maximum single deposit depends on the member's VIP level. For standard members, the single deposit limit is generally ৳50,000.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–3 minutes. If your deposit remains pending for any reason, take a screenshot of the payment and contact support.

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party or from someone else's wallet is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to launder money or use funds from illegal sources will result in immediate account closure and a report to the relevant authorities.
• Completed deposits cannot be reversed — funds can only be recovered via withdrawal.

In certain circumstances, KKF may verify the source of large deposits. This is part of international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy and is in place to protect members.

The minimum withdrawal amount at KKF is ৳300. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, though your first withdrawal may take a little longer if identity verification has not yet been completed.

Before making a withdrawal, please ensure that the wagering requirements for any bonus have been fulfilled from your balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified amount must be wagered first.

• You cannot submit a new withdrawal request while another withdrawal is still pending.
• Identity verification is mandatory for your first large withdrawal — a photo of your NID or passport will be required.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
• KKF is not responsible for withdrawals sent to an incorrect mobile number — members must ensure the correct number is entered.

KKF bonuses and promotions are offered as special benefits for members. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• The same promotion cannot be used more than once unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are for play on KKF only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• KKF reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If you attempt a withdrawal without meeting the bonus requirements, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through fraudulent methods will result in account suspension.

Once a bet is confirmed at KKF, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the "Cash Out" feature is active. Please double-check all details before placing your bet.

• Any attempt to influence match outcomes or involvement in match-fixing will result in permanent account closure.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, KKF reserves the right to void the affected bets.

In live betting or in-play betting, odds can shift very quickly. If there is a slight delay when placing your bet, the odds may have already changed. KKF accepts bets at the latest confirmed odds.

KKF reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for the reasons listed below. This may also be done to protect the member's own interests.

• Providing incorrect or false personal information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to fraudulently claim bonus benefits.
• If you are under 18 or are operating an account on behalf of someone under 18.
• If there is any suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability.

If an account is closed, members must complete KKF's verification process to recover any valid balance. Bonus or promotional balances will not be refunded.

KKF collects and safeguards members' personal information. This data is used solely for account management, identity verification, and service improvement.

• Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reopened before the designated period has ended.

If you have a dispute with any KKF decision, please raise it through our support channel first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

Any dispute regarding a bet result must be raised with Support within 30 days. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. KKF's internal review team will examine all available evidence before issuing a final decision.
